Provided the ordered is in stock.

Usually shipped orders will be delivered in the Netherlands the next business day. For foreign orders it will take 2 - 3 business days.

Bank transfer

If the payment of the order has been received in the bank account before 15.00 on weekdays, this order will be shipped the same day. Provided the ordered is in stock.

C.O.D.

Rembours

On weekdays before 15:00 payed, this order will be shipped that same day. Provided the ordered is in stock.
Notice that not every country provides Cash on delivery!

Cash on delivery orders are normally delivered within 2 -3 business days. For foreign orders it wil take 4 - 6 business days.

Cancel and return


Cancel

Because the orders that are ordered before 15.00 are sent as soon as possible after 15:00, it is not possible to cancel these orders. When you find out that you have ordered a wrong item or you will cancel the order free of charge and without any explanation, we advise you to wait for the delivery and return the order to us.

Before 15:00 you can cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service via klantenservice@jumpingspirit.com.

How to return

Before returning, pay attention to the following points of interest

  • If you have thrown away the packaging of your purchase or you can no longer find it, you can not exchange or return the product. Exchange or return is only possible if the product is in the original packaging.
  • Keep in mind, however, that a product that has been removed from the packaging can no longer be sold as new. Of course you can always try out your rope, do not use it outside but inside on a wooden or sports floor!
  • In case of visible wear or you have shortened your rope for example, exchange or return is no longer possible, it is then your property.
  • If you have taken your order into use, then it is your property and it can not longer be exchanged or returned.
  • Especially for your composite ropes as there are Do-It-Yourself ropes in all variants, they are not covered by the right of withdrawal, these can not be exchanged or returned!

We will wait with the refund until we have received the products back, or after you have evidence that you have returned the products, whichever comes first. After receiving your order you have 14 calendar days to cancel the order.

You do this when you return the order or when you return the order via klantenservice@jumpingspirit.com (after that you have 16 calendar days to return your order). We would like to point out that if the product is returned or returned in a damaged manner, we can reasonably charge costs for this if you have gone beyond what was necessary to assess the product.

Furthermore, the right of withdrawal is excluded for Do-It-Yourself ropes.
